Don grew up in the Trucking Industry. He started his career in Tulsa OK, working at Tom Inman Trucking, working in the shop, then progressed to the wash bay and parts room before working night dispatch in his senior year of high school. While attending Oklahoma State University, Don would run as a team to the west coast and back. After college he drove for Monkem out of Joplin MO, Tyson Foods (when they had 20 trucks) and Jerry Inman out of Mounds OK. Don took over his father’s brokerage business, CS Carrier Service in 1990, and became President in 1991. He founded the trucking company as it operates today in 1994. Starting with just a hand full of owner operators; the company quickly grew to 165 trucks before the down turn in 2001, when the Company downsized to the 110 truck fleet it is today. Don is very active in the daily business working with operations and sales.
When not at work, Don is with his wife, Cheryl. They’ve been married for over thirty years, and Cheryl is also active in the business helping in business relations and the recruiting department.
